MCA Ontario, in partnership with other members of the Construction Employers Coalition (CEC) for WSIB and Health & Safety and Prevention, is hosting a webinar on September 22, 2026, to discuss the recent cancellation of the Second Injury Enhancement Fund (SIEF).

Led by L.A. Liversidge, LL.B., the webinar will examine the issues and concerns facing employers following the WSIB’s cancellation of the SIEF program, as well as provide an overview of Bill 105 and its potential implications for employers.

We encourage all MCA Ontario members to attend and learn more about these important developments and their potential impact on construction employers.
